There is another way for problem with ole header corrupt or Corrupt OLE Structure  , excel file. which it cannot open to see the content file but it have a size of file  in mega-byte(MB)  is not 0 MB.

Sometimes you forget to think.!!!



You can also try:
i'm recovery the damanged excel from recycle bin by search a tmp file of that excel. then select last modifie date. and open it by the Excel program. the result is that excel file is almost complete.

จะแจ้งว่า ole header corrupt or Corrupt OLE Structure  , excel file ดังภาพล่าง

จากวิธีการกู้ด้วยหลายวิธี ไม่สามารถกู้สำเร็จด้วย ไม่ว่าจะทำ การ repair ด้วย excel เอง หรือ ใช้ third party (หรืออาจมี แต่หาไม่พบ)  ดังนั้น จึงคิดได้ว่า ลองหา จาก สำเนา หรือ tmp จาก recycle ดู น่าจะเหลือ ร่องรอยของไฟล์งานบ้าง และพบว่า มีไฟล์งานนั้นอยู่จริง ไฟล์ tmp โดยเอาไฟล์ tmp ล่าสุดมาเปิด จึงทำการกู้ไฟล์นั่นออกมาจาก recycle bin แทน และพบว่าไฟล์งานสมบูรณ์ครบถ้วน

กำหนดให้ มี recycle bin ในแต่ละ boxes folder เพื่อกู้ไฟล์ไว้ยามฉุกเฉินเช่น วันที่ 24/6//59  ไฟล์ excel ยอดขาย2559  ของ chet ซึ่งเก็บไว้ใน boxes เกิดปัญหา ไม่สามารถ เปิดไฟล์ excel ที่เกิดจาก  ole corrupt ได้  ถึงแม้จะพยายามซ่อม ด้วยไฟล์ซ่อม excel ต่างๆ หรือเปิดไฟล์ด้วย ตัวอ่านอื่นๆเช่น openoffice ก็ไม่สามารถเปิดและซ่อมแซมได้ แต่เราสามารถค้นหา สำเนา หรือ   ไฟล์ *.tmp ใน recycle ได้ ก็จะสามารถกู้งานนั้นกลับมาได้
